Bespoke Garden buildings

The short answer is how long is a piece of string! However, here at KL Complete Building Solutions we endeavour to make the process as simple as possible. Costs are based on our standard classic room with a mono pitched roof. 

All basic quotations include the following as standard. You are able to add on additional features and finishes at a later date. 

• Base installation 
• One set of French doors
• One side window 
• Wall, floor, and ceiling insulation 
• Roofing, guttering, and a water butt
• Up to 4 electrical points (sockets)
• Lighting, a fuse board, and a heater - all appropriate to the room size
• Weatherboard external finish
• Fully plastered interior

• Electricity supply to the garden office - we can of course arrange this for you following a site inspection. Costs are subject to a site report.  
• Site clearance - again we can of course facilitate this for you for an additional charge following a site inspection. 
• Access to the site - is there direct access to the garden area? Do we have to access through the house? These are all workable issues and once a site inspection has been carried out we will come up with the best possible solution.

No, not at all. Site inspections are always free of charge, we also do not go in with the hard sell, we listen to your needs and help your dream become a reality. 

We could spend hours detailing this process for you and we are so passionate about these solutions. However, we understand that not everyone is quite so geeky as us so here is a quick overview for you; 

1. Foundations - These are key to your new garden solution construction.
2. Insulated Floors - These ensure your space is kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer
3. Flooring - Always weatherproofed If your solution is to be used as hairdressers or beauty salon, etc we would ensure plumbing is also incorporated into the project
4. Frame Construction - This is a very exciting time for you as the customer as you see your solution starting to take shape! 
5. Roofing - Our materials are of the highest quality ensuring your structures are incredibly strong. This is no garden shed, this is a solution to stand the test of time (and UK weather!) 
6. Internal Insulation - Once watertight we can then move onto the wall and ceiling insulation. As our solutions are designed to be used all year round, our insulation is designed to stop the building from being too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. 
7. Doors and Windows Fitted - Now things are really coming together! These can be UPVC or aluminium and come in a range of colours 
8. Cladding - Almost the icing on the cake, there is a wide range of finished you can choose from here. Weatherboarding, UPVC smooth, UPVC textured, composite, hardieplank, oak, larch, cedar the list goes on. 
9. Decking or Fencing - The final touch, if you require, to complete your new bespoke garden solution.
