Doors and Windows
All windows and doors are double glazed offering strong thermal efficiency, super strength and packed with security within the framework.
Aluminium 3 section bi-folding sliding door available as upgrade to replace the standard (anthracite) patio door\glass section or the sliding door section. Includes installation.
In addition extra PVC-u tall fixed 0.75m wide window panel can be added to any building.
External Lighting
Optional external roof canopy downlights can be added to all buildings except the cube and corner designs. The recessed downlights are spaced one per metre underneath the projecting roof canopy and the price Includes concealed wiring and installation. The downlights are operated via a separate internal light switch.
Extras
Need extra power? No problem! We can install an external double electrical socket to the outside of your building. The grey polycarbonate protected 13A double switched external electrical socket is IP66 rated for water and dust protection. Includes internal wiring and installation.
We can also offer a 100 Litre rainwater butt for collecting rainwater from the buildings rear guttering and downpipe system. This comes complete with water filter, connection kit, tap and water butt stand. The price includes onsite installation and connection to the buildings guttering downpipe.
