“ Kelvin and his team recently carried out a barn conversion for us, turning the shell of a Grade 2 listed building into a home. From the outset, Kelvin was straightforward and honest in all his dealings with us and knew exactly what was needed to make the building work as a cozy home which both respected the heritage of the property and brought it up to modern building standards. We were very impressed with the quality of work from Kelvins team, and that for any work needing to be done by those outside of his core crew he carefully selected the best craftspeople available to ensure that the standard of work was kept at an extremely high level throughout.

We were particularly impressed with Kelvins ability to listen to what we wanted and to make it happen. No problem was too big to overcome, and everyone on his team has a problem solving mindset. Being able to make things exactly as we wanted and bring it in on budget is quite a feat when working on a listed building which needed such extensive renovation!

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kelvin, and if we need additional building work in future there's no doubt that he will be who we call.”

“Kelvin carried out extensive work for us, completely gutting and knocking out internal walls to make our bungalow open plan, fencing and various alterations to the exterior of the bungalow. He has laid the most magnificent driveway which has made our home look amazing. . We trusted Kelvin to source materials for all of our jobs and Kelvin also made many helpful suggestions to solve unforeseen problems.
