The price you see is the price you pay for both the garden building and the installation including the concrete or steel pile foundations (based on what is most suitable for the ground). 

Our buildings offer a choice of external cladding, flooring and decking. Plus the interior is fully plastered and insulated to building regulations including a 145mm thick five layer roof.

Anthracite PVCu full height window and double patio doors or sliding doors are included together with A-rated double glazing.

Our full electrical package includes 4 double electric sockets and a 2 way electrical consumer unit. We also include 2 external up/down lights.

We will visit your site to discuss all the options and we need you to  ensure there is good access  and the space for the construction is of reasonable flatness. A 1m wide access path to the site is required with a height clearance of at least 2.5meters
